The Wedding of Annette & Owen

In The Early Hours

The dinner over, it was time for the band to come on and provide some musical entertainment. The traditional waltzing gave way to some disco music that lasted for ages. It seemed like everyone had been dancing forever. Then the survivors tumbled into the residents bar for another few hours of craic.

Drinking Time

The meal over allowed the pure drinking to start.

The Girls Are Out! Girls Night Out

The girls were dressed up to the nines for the big night out.

The Tom Owens

The Chongie family enjoy a reunion together.

Dancing with the band Dancing in the Centre

Members of Dooagh Pipe Band were on hand to provide a few tunes as Owen has been a member since the early 1980s.

The Drummer The Drummer

Owen joins in to play a few tunes himself.

McGing the songster

McGing treats the crowd with one of his renditions.

The Garter

Owen enjoys getting the garter from Annette's leg.

Throw the Garter

This was a dummy throw as the actual one was under everyone's legs.

Boating on the Floor

Annette decides to get the crowd dancing to Oops Inside Your Head (that was the song?) with the rowboat move.

Rock the Boat

It worked a treat as the whole crowd got down in fashion.

Disco Frenzy

Annette shows Pat that you don't have to wear the accessories to look like you are in Saturday Night Fever.

Be Cool, Baby!

John and Orla were also finding that have their shades on hand were useful.
